For direct bookings, guests receive a 100% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. Reservations become non-refundable within 15 days of your arrival. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unforeseen circumstances.
How is co-hosting different from traditional property management?
We believe co-hosting is property management with a personal touch. Unlike large corporate managers who assign you to a generic support team, Todd and Jenny are your direct partners. We limit the size of our portfolio so we can personally inspect properties, manage guest communication, and maximize revenue. The app guide book was a nice touch and helped us a lot to find things to do in the area especially since it's not far from Helen. the bed was really comfortable and it was so quiet outside while using the fire pit!
