This two-story townhome on a quiet, tree-lined street in Helen is thoughtfully designed for groups who want space to spread out without sacrificing connection. The main level features an open-concept living area centered around a cozy stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining table that seats the whole group. A second bonus living area upstairs gives everyone room to breathe — perfect for a quiet reading nook or a second screen when the group splits up.

THE ENTERTAINMENT LOFT

Head upstairs to the entertainment loft — the highlight of Oben Retreat for most groups. A full-size pool table, board games, and a chess set make this the natural gathering point after dinner. Whether it's a competitive tournament or a relaxed evening of conversation, this space delivers.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR OASIS

Step outside to the partially covered private deck where the forest wraps around you. Soak in the hot tub under the stars, grill on the gas BBQ, then gather around the wood-burning fire pit for the kind of evening that makes a trip memorable. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The main level king suite offers direct access to a full bathroom — ideal for guests who prefer single-level living. Upstairs a comfortable queen bedroom and adjacent second full bathroom give the group plenty of privacy. A sleeper sofa in the bonus living area provides flexibility for a sixth guest. Every bed is made with quality linens for a restful night's sleep.
